This luxurious hotel is a hidden gem, from the moment I walked through the grand entrance, I was welcomed with exceptional service. the Spa and Wellness Centre exceeded my expectations, with a variety of pampering massages, saunas, and a steam room. the exclusive amenities of this hotel are impressive, boasting an indoor heated swimming pool, a cozy lounge area, and private facilities. the room was beautifully decorated, with an espresso machine and a delicious in-room breakfast. the buffet breakfast had top-quality and special diet menus.

The location is ideal for transportation, in close proximity to the train station. Cons: the only minor issue I encountered was the small size of the swimming pool, which could be cleaner.

The hotel is fine and the attention to detail is excellent. We had an issue with the AC in our room, but the staff were quick to fix it and even offered us a complimentary drink for the inconvenience. I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious stay.

Loved the stylish design, especially the lobby and elevators. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was warm and welcoming, with a thoughtful welcome letter and amenities. Comfy bed, although it had a slight dip. Enjoyed using the pool and sauna. Deluxe room was spacious. a great experience!

The hotel facilities were clean and great. I loved the breakfast in the attached New York Restaurant as it had a great ambiance and decor. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Central location, close to shops and attractions. Large bathroom, stylishly decorated room. Fantastic breakfast with vegan options at the iconic New York Cafe. Convenient parking with valet option.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us. The cafe had a great atmosphere with live music and there was always a queue of people waiting to get in. The New York Chocolate mousse cake was a must-try and absolutely amazing!

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. They knew a lot about the hotel and the area and made sure we had everything we needed. The room we stayed in was very comfortable and clean. We especially loved the deep bathtub and the double head shower.

We had some disappointing experiences outside of the hotel. We found that some locals were dishonest, trying to give us incorrect change.

The spa facilities were modern and peaceful, and the size of the spa was much bigger than expected. The room was spacious and the bed was huge, providing a comfortable stay. The location was great with a bus stop right outside and a taxi rank nearby, making it convenient to explore the city.

The hotel staff could be more diligent in replacing the tea and coffee cups in the rooms.

The service at Anantara was excellent. I was traveling with my family and they had the cot set up in our room in advance. The rooms were very nice and clean. I was impressed when they offered me a late checkout without any extra charge as my flight was in the evening. The location of the hotel was great and I especially loved having breakfast in the New York cafe. I had a wonderful time and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable. It is right in the center of the city, close to all the tourist attractions and within walking distance to the city centre. The most famous cafe in the world, New York Cafe, is in the lobby and serves a fantastic breakfast. The rooms are gorgeous, with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. The staff is incredibly polite and helpful, making sure all your needs are met.

The gym facilities could use improvement, with some machines out of order and no access to the residences gym.

I recently stayed at Anantara in Budapest for a week-long vacation. The European menu at the hotel restaurant was superb, and the live piano music during meals created a delightful ambiance. The hotel staff provided excellent service and made me feel welcomed, even allowing personal pets to join me at the restaurant. I highly recommend trying the cakes at the balcony restaurant and indulging in a spa face massage. The beautiful decor and attentive employees truly made this a memorable experience.
